1. Order Processing & Delivery Responsibilities

Order Verification: All orders are subject to fraud screening and address verification (AVS). We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails these checks or appears suspicious.

Shipping as Billed: We ship only to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure this address is complete, accurate, and deliverable.

Title & Risk of Loss: Title to the purchased goods, and the risk of loss or damage, passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. From that point forward, the carrier is your agent. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier pickup. See Section 4 for carrier claims.

Proof of Delivery is Final: A shipment is considered "delivered" and your responsibility when the shipping carrier's tracking status is updated to "Delivered," "Left at Mailbox," "Left with Individual," or shows a carrier-verified proof of delivery (POD). The carrier's delivery record and tracking data serve as conclusive and final proof of delivery, regardless of whether a signature was captured.

Mandatory Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive this number via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and be available to receive the delivery or make alternative arrangements with the carrier.
3. Address Changes, Delays & Failed Deliveries

Address Change Requests: Address changes must be requested in writing via email before the order has shipped. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate changes after shipment. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any reshipping will be at the customer's expense (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts / Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or unable to be delivered due to customer inaction will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus the original outbound shipping charges and any return shipping/processing fees we incur.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, Banzai Hobby is not liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Immediate Action Required: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

Check with household members, neighbors, and secure delivery locations.

Contact your local post office or carrier depot directly with your tracking number. Often, the driver can provide more specific details.

Allow 2-3 business days for the package to appear, as carrier statuses can sometimes be premature.

Filing a Claim: If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue or send a replacement. For packages marked "Delivered," all carrier and investigations claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will provide the necessary shipping documentation to assist you, but the claim must be filed by the recipient.
5. Chargeback Policy & Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent Disputes (Chargebacks): In the event of a credit card chargeback for a shipment that has been verified as delivered to the address provided, we will vigorously contest the dispute. We will provide the card-issuing bank with:

Proof of Address Verification (AVS) match at the time of purchase.

Proof of shipment and delivery confirmation to the verified address.

This shipping policy, agrees the customer's agreement to these terms.

Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks: Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks for received goods will be placed on a permanent "Do Not Sell" list, and the incident may be reported to fraud databases and/or collections agencies to recover the owed prevention amount and associated fees.
